A mix and match collection of genderless wedding and occasion wear

About the collection
The wedding industry is still extremely heteronormative. Everything is very 'bride' this and 'groom' that in most circumstances, and 'Bridal' shops tend to only stock dresses. Dresses made to fit 'feminine' body shapes. This just isn't an accurate representation of nearly-weds. There needs to be room for people who are outside of the gender binary. Those who wear dresses but don't have breasts. The ones that like to blur the lines of gender. The individuals that want to dress up and have the 'bridal' experience but don't want to compromise on being true to themselves.
The pieces in the Tarot collection are designed with various body shapes in mind, not just bodies with breasts. 'Women's' clothes are designed using darts- to create curves around the body, most of these pieces avoid using darts. Instead, utilising things like the bias and stretch in deliberate fabric choices.
Tarot is a different take on what many would consider to be stereotypical 'masculine' and 'feminine' items. A trumpet skirt that is designed to highlight an hourglass silhouette can be paired with a box-shaped shirt or an oversized blazer. The problem with traditional wedding dress shopping is that a dress is a whole outfit already, it can be hard to find something that really feels like you. It also brings into question what 'bridal' even means. Can nothing but a bodysuit and a veil be considered wedding attire? The answer, if you were wondering, is absolutely, yes. If you wear it to your wedding, it's a wedding outfit. Period.
The collection is also designed with consideration toward the neurodivergent and differently abled. It is important every one is able to feel fabulous and comfortable in their wedding look for as long as possible. There are several pieces that are adjustable, this allows for a comfortable fit throughout the day and into the evening and means no alterations are required. User friendly closures on pieces such as elasticated button loops and easy grab buttons, or no fiddly closures required at all. The collection uses soft, non-irritable fabrics on most pieces such a stretch satin and crepe because the last thing you should be thinking about on your wedding day is how gosh darn itchy that one bit of your dress is or how you can't wait to take it off.
The Tarot collection is a glimpse into what your wedding outfit could be. It is designed to give you a wide variety of options to try together to figure out what it is that you're looking for, what feels like you. It is a small collection designed to inspire, and make you question what exactly you want your wedding to be.
